Crop top with small sleeves. Sleeevs and back have a thin elastic, front has a gathering detail that ties in in the middle. Bottom of shirt is shirred with elastic thread. Pattern consits of two layers, one of a backyard scene (the red vertical stripe) and the teal layer is of plastic chair.
